Cabin Week in Wisconsin!

Madeline went on her very first camping trip this last weekend. She slept in a tent and was outside and watched mommy and daddy and her other family members play horseshoes and kickball and she went swimming in a lake and had a fantastic time. Brian's dad's brothers and sisters were all there with their families and the whole yard was full of tents a pop-up camper and a giant 5th wheel. It was quite a drive there, almost 5 hours from Marquette, so by the time we got home on Sunday night she was pretty well spent. Yesterday was an adjustment getting back into her routine but since she is so easy going wasn't as bad as it could've been. This weekend is the big move to Berkley but luckily Nana Linda will be there to help out with Maddy and keep her entertained while everyone else is busy. Here are some pictures though from the Cabin. One of these days i am going to upload a video of Madeline. She has taken to trying to talk and she is loud, what a surprise huh, just like her mom:) and she loves to smile and suck on her hands. Every day she is growing and growing and every minute is so precious to me, and Brian as well i am sure:)

Madeline the Supermodel!!

Madeline got her 3 month pictures taken last weekend and she was quite the little ham. She posed like a supermodel and had the cutest smiles. She went to the U.P. with her grandpa and grandma Bonsall today and Bri and I will meet her in Wisconsin on Wednesday morning. It feels weird being away from her tonight but finally able to get some packing done for the big move in a couple weeks. Enjoy the pictures and I will try and keep the blog updated better when our lives get a little more relaxed. Our little Maddy is growing up pretty fast. She loves grabbing at her toys on her car seat and talks to the butterflies on her little baby playmat. She loves carrying on a conversation with people and just cackles away. She has the cutest little laugh and smiles all the time. She is still sleeping thru the entire night and only really ever cries when she needs her diaper changed or a bottle. We are pretty lucky parents.

Maddy's First 4th of July!!!

Maddy is now 11 weeks old and it's hard to believe how fast time flies when you're having fun:) This week she went to the baseball game with her Grandpa Don for the first time and then saw another Tiger's game on the 4th and watched her very first fireworks show. She did really good and the noise didn't seem to bother her at all. She will have her 3 month old pictures taken this weekend so we will be sure to share them with everyone when we get them. She also has taken to flipping over from her stomach to her back and she thinks it's so much fun. She does get a little frustrated when she can't flip back to her tummy though and requires a little help from mom and dad. She thinks it's fun to see how excited we get though watching her do it. I will add a video clip later in the week so everyone can watch. Here are some photos from the past few days to catch everyone up on how big she is getting. Also included is a picture of her with her daycare friends Katie and Ronnie. Enjoy and Happy 4th to everyone!!
